STAY AWAY from Impero, waste of money. We have had a huge problems with Impero working correctly since June 2015 last year. Support isn't great, never get hold of anyone, yet they are quick enough to pick the phone up during the renewal period. Hearing good things about AB Tutor.

Has anyone else had issues with not being able to get hold of impero support? When you do get hold of someone and expect a call back you never do. I have had so many issues with the software over the past 6 months. Not good considering the money they charge. What other classroom management software is everyone else using?

Hi All, When we log into a Laptop or PC locally it comes up with a Windows Security box connecting to Smoothwall.Domain.Local. How can I set this so every time techs log on locally it will not ask for these credentials. Thanks,

Vlan the PCs are on is Called 'Vlan 20' Scope - 10.20.0.10 - 10.20.7.254 It will issue Ips out 10.20.0.254 10.20.4.254 but it has skipped 10.20.2.0-254 and 10.20.3.0-254

Yes, DHCP is only on the DC's. Built the network from scratch last year.

Hi All, All my PCs are on a scope 10.20.0.10 - 10.20.7.254 but when looking in DHCP today the end IP for 10.20.0 vlan is 10.20.0.254 and the next one given is 10.20.4.1 so 10.20.2 and 10.20.3 are not being used and i have no exclustions. Any one any idea why? Thanks,

What is everyone using now days? I need to install some speakers into a classroom that doesn't have a IWB. I did use Nuvo speakers before, but I don't think you can get them anymore. Thanks

Hi All, We run a sims upgrade before Xmas and now noticed that when I deploy sims via Solus3 on new PC's it comes up with the message attached. This used to automatically copy and take the setting from Solus, but not I cannot see a connect.ini at all in the SIMS folder on the C:

i believe you may be correct, I mounted the VM from Veeam and it worked fine so restored the session host.

Its been working fine for 4 months but its all got rebooted today as had to update VMware tools and now not working correctly.

Hi. I have an issue at the moment, when staff and students log in from home onto remote app, they cannot see any programmes published to them. I have double checked all the settings. I have one 2008 RDSH server And a 2012 RDGW server. On the gateway server I cannot see RDSH listed as a remote session host server and can't add one. It's will let me add RDGW as a session host but obviously that server isn't a session host. Any advice would be great. Thanks

i am looking into new firewalls and web filtering systems at the moment. One thing I will say is, stay away from smoothwall. They have introduced this credit system and if you run out, they will not support you unless you pay. A lot of NM talking about this atm.

All other SSID work with emails, its just the BYOD one. Ill check the DNS tomorrow
