Still Down here. What makes me laugh is the fact that T2S and ICT services website doesn't even mention it despite the fact its been going on now for over 2 days.

There was a problem Friday mid afternoon when I noticed it and put a call into the service desk, who were aware of the problem. It would seem there still is a problem! Don't worry you've not upset anyone!

We use Phoca Download on our site

You don't get dedicated servers on consoles plus you can have any where upto 64 players on the server at anyone time.

Yes it's for an internal helpdesk, also ideally there are 3 of us so a 1 license solution is kind of limited
