Hello, We're considering moving MIS systems from Sims to Arbor. Currently we have a program called Scan to Sims. Is there an alternative program that works with Arbor? Thanks in advance David

Thanks for the reply guys. Appreciate it. An update failed on that machine so i renamed SIMS.net to SIMS.netold but the shortcut was referencing that folder for some weird reason!

HI, We have a few users with multi database sims that allows them to connect to either our primary school sims or academy sims. All users are working fine apart from our HR Manager. Connect.ini file is exactly the same as a user that works. I've given full permissions to the users Windows SIMS.ini file, also the Connect.ini file but no matter which option i choose it loads up the same database and wont load up the other. Is there anything else i can try please Thanks in advance David

Hello, Just looking at configuring Chromebooks for our primary students. As you can appreciate we don't really want students having to enter their email address and passwords every time they open Office apps on a different chromebook. We have configured so that everyone can login to a chromebook using their O365 credentials. If so, is there any guides I can follow? Thanks in advance David

Hello, Please can someone advise where i may be going wrong. I have copied a file called "ESSADB2020.png" to the clients desktop which succeeded. Now i'm trying to set that file to be the users desktop through a ARD unix command. Here is my code; [font=Consolas]osascript -e 'tell application "Finder" to set desktop picture to "~/Desktop/ESSADB2020.png" as POSIX file'[/font] Which retrieves the following error. [font=Consolas]33:48: execution error: Finder got an error: AppleEvent handler failed. (-10000)[/font] If there's a better way to do then, any suggestions are much appreciated thanks! PS. Please bare with, new to ARD and sending unix commands.

Hi, I can't seem to find anything online but was curious to find out on Microsoft Teams under Chat tab if from an admin point of view i can populate all staffs contact list/groups? Maybe following a similar structure that is currently in our AD. At the moment it is somthing like Users -> Staff -> Assosiate Staff/Teaching Staff -> [Faculties] Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have created a company wide disclaimer to input signatures for all employees using HTML. Is there a way to add an exception if the email is plain text instead of display HMTL code. Thanks
