For those of you who are not aware, Stone Computers are currently doing a rather funky roadshow in a rather big truck up and down England and Wales showing off their newest technologies and devices including:
- Brand new solutions from Stone including Unity, Assist, Connected, Integrum and Serverless
- Innovative Microsoft solutions including Azure, Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility Suite
- The latest and greatest Windows 10 devices from the likes of Acer, Microsoft, Samsung, Stone and Toshiba – including the brand new Surface Book and Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro S
- Range of Large Format Displays from the likes of CTOUCH, Promethean, Iiyama and Sharp
I popped over to Leeds yesterday to see them at Elland Road stadium and was greeted by Daley Robinson who, whilst giving me a tour of their products, told me that they had decided to abandon the idea of hosting their annual event in stuffy rooms this year to make it more casual and personal to better suit network managers, techies and teachers who wanted simply to drop in for a quick chat and look at what was on offer rather than sit through presentations.
And it seemed to be working very well indeed in their huge trailer which has been kitted out in a rock theme - inc. music - throughout.
If you are a Stone customer or simply after a few ideas for future purchasing/planning you can drop in at one of the following locations below and pick their brains and have a cup of the rather nice coffee they had on offer
