Once more unto the DLR dear friends, once more!
It’s that time again when tens of thousands of us educational geeks descend upon London’s Excel to peruse the latest and greatest in the world of educational IT.
This year promises to be slightly different with the show now taking up two halls with one, the north hall (where BETT usually resides) containing the Learning Tech, Teaching Tech, Management Solutions and Education areas and the south hall hosting the Equipment and Hardware and Global (International) zones.
We shall be located in the south hall with ICT Direct on stand SD40 which, and not before time, have a much reduced walk to the stand each day 😊
So come and visit us for some freebies )and in conjunction with ICT Direct, we have a great set of collectables this year!), our usual lanyards and yearly themed pin badge.
A big shout out will go to the first one to guess the theme*.
On top of that, we shall also be feeding you all once more with our daily lunchtime pizza delivery and providing you with a nice sofa and seating so you can rest your weary legs.
For more details on pizza timings each day, keep an eye on our Twitter feed and we shall let you all know when they are due to arrive.
If that wasn’t enough, we shall be holding a raffle where you can enter once a day with some great prizes including:
- Headphones (gaming/noise cancelling etc. - your choice)
- 1TB SSD (SATA or NVMe)
- Gaming mouse
- £50 Amazon voucher
All you have to do is come to the stand and register for the draw 😊
There may even be a prize for those of you that couldn’t attend! Watch our twitter for information when BETT starts!
As usual, a lot of our sponsors will be exhibiting at the show and we have included their details and stand numbers (as well as which hall they are in).
So please pop by to see them and say ‘Hi’ and some of them have announced competitions in our BETT forum here if you fancy winning some nice prizes: http://www.edugeek.net/forums/bett-2020/

ICT Direct are the UK’s leading supplier of Refurbished Computer Hardware.
With thousands of satisfied customers across the UK, we offer low-cost, reliable, high-end hardware solutions that will boost the IT provision in your school whilst saving you 80% of the cost of equivalent new hardware.
Refurbished IT is a greener option than buying a new machine and each PC, laptop, server or monitor keeps hardware from going to landfill whilst reducing the carbon impact to the environment by purchasing a brand new alternative.
We have also teamed up with Netsupport & Loxit to offer BETT attendees the chance to win some excellent prizes!
To enter you'll need to visit each stand and collect a sticker. Each sticker makes up a part of your very own superhero. Collect all the parts and get an entry form from the first stand you visit. Hand the completed entry in to Stand SD40 and get your badge scanned to be in with a shot.
This year we are once again partnering with EduGeek.net, the IT professional’s lifeline. Come see us for a chat about what we can do to help you.
