Edu-IT Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 If I remember correctly there's a program that will allow me to check exactly what files/registry location are being accessed. Can anyone remind me what this is? This is further to my Spool problem. I'm thinking if I can monitor what areas are being accessed I can compare the two files for the different user types and hopefully see what's going on.

Edu-IT Posted January 25, 2013 Author Posted January 25, 2013 Thanks. I'll check those out! I'm clueless as to what could be going on with this printing but hopefully this will shed some light. Is there anything in particular I can do to filter it down, or have I got to sort the wheat from the chaff?
