So my company subscribed to use GoToAssist Expert. There is a option to use Unattended Support and withing in that to Power On a machine that is currently shut off via WakeOnLAN. My issue is that the Power On option works on the laptops but for some reason does not on our desktops. When selected the laptop will boot up completely and get ready for a remote session using GoToAssist. On the desktop it acts as if it is starting up but it never boots it just shows a blinking cursor on the local screen. I thought might be the boot sequence but it is not it since the laptop is configured the same. They are both running Windows 7 Pro, both HPs, and both have the exact same set up. I am a puzzled as to why it hangs on the desktop. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Sorry for the long explanation.
