Correct me if I am wrong, but if I don't include a key in my unattend.xml file and I have KMS setup with keys and advertised in DNS it should attempt to activate windows. ie I do not need to include a key in the unattend.xml?

Once the count reaches 25 all should be good and windows will activate.

Is that correct?

Thanks

Yes and no. If you are using Windows 7 Pro than no. If its Enterprise then yes. This is what i was told by MS. We use Enterprise so don't need to worry.

We have an EES. But don't have Enterprise on disc or ISO. So going to use pro for the mo.

EDIT found it..... on VLSC. However what are the advantages of using enterprise over pro?
