[wanted] Very cheap AGP & PCI-e Video cards with basic driver support in Vista/7

As above really. Any job lots please of 140+ Video cards to upgrade some older PCs with graphics which don't work under Windows Vista/7. At least GeForce FX 5200 or Radeon 9600 and above, both AGP and PCI-e and looking at around £10 a card if possible. Cards with single outputs welcome. Anything that provides basic acceleration and driver support in at least Windows Vista.

We have a large number of Radeon 9600 AGP cards, 30 or so I think. Can have an audit and check if you need them. They are the 128MB versions, and support Aero fine in Vista and 7.

I must confess i'm really only fact-finding at the moment to see if this is possible, there's no guarantee that I'll get funding even for this though if I can present it as a lower-cost option vs replacing the PCs (tested them with a card so know they'll be quick enough for what they're used for) then hopefully my line-managers will give me a green light to go ahead.

30 of those would allow us to do at least one suite so would be very greatful for those should we get the okay to do this.
