Managed network install of Google Chrome Frame

I am trying to follow an online guide here:

I've downloaded the MSI package of Chrome Frame and edited it with ORCA as the guide explains.

 

I've downloaded the windows ZIP file of Google Chrome ADM/ADMX files and unzipped, which gives me a folder called:

"policy_templates\windows\admx"

 

 

I've copied from that folder to :

 

\\domain.local\sysvol\domain.local\Policies\PolicyDefinitions

 

the file : chrome.admx

and the folder : "en-GB" which contains "chrome.adml"

 

It was only when I also copied the "chrome.adml" (from the ZIP file) "en-US" folder to the "en-US" in the central store that I could open Group Policy Management without an error....
