Printers :(

Hi Guys and Girls,

 

Do you know any good and cheap A3/A4 colour printers? I have looked at solid ink but with the ink being cheap the printers are expensive.

 

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly received.

Love our the Kyoceras we have, various models, latest suite colour printers have been FS-C5250DN that if you are careful can get for £350 each

As expensive as they may be they have a weird (but probably effective) pricing system - cheap Xerox printer, expensive ink, or expensive Xerox printer and cheap ink. We still buy in the Colorqube 8870's at under a grand and running costs & reliability is phenominally good considering the huge workload they get. Don't write something off on short-term costings - plan ahead.

Ok Great thanks. Ideally though im looking for A3 and A4 colour printing in one unit. The one you suggested seems to be b&W A4 only

We have just bought a FS-C8025MFP too, that does A3

Dont really want an MFP I reckon the colorqube might be the way forward. Just we need 6 and thats a big initial cost
