So, if I stare into a really bright light for ages then it could damage my eyesight? Well there's a shocking revelation!! :-)

 

Should we also put safety warnings at the top of staircases saying that throwing yourself down them can cause broken bones? Perhaps a note on the kettle in the staff kitchen warning about the dangers of boiling water, or cautioning people that inserting pens and pencils into your eyes can cause blindness?

presumably the result of a lawsuit...

I think we have gone law-suit-preventing warning sign crazy though. I noticed recently that my carton of fruit juice advised parents of the dangers of sugary drinks and suggested that they consider replacing fruit juices with sugar-free drinks instead. Seriously?!
