Can't recommend it but this one is free:

Looks good but it's really designed for the student to submit and check their own work rather than for an institution to use.

It used to be a JISC supported service, not sure it it still is, but the UK part was run by Northumbria Uni (nlearning) which eventually became the European arm of iParadigms (the US Turnitin company).

 

Its very good and the support is excellent
