Extracting Timetable From Sims

Morning All

 

I am looking to see if everyone in the Lancashire areas is experiencing the same problem as me, When running a report in SIMS to extract the time table. Or if its our deputy head doing some thing wrong in the timetabler module of SIMS.

Basicly what is happening if i run a report in SIMS as follows Room>Room Description>Lesson>Class teacher of the class[Teacher]>subject of the Class[subject]>Class name of the class[Class]>Period of the class[Period] the report comes out with teachers teaching 2 and in some cases 3 lessons at the same time. I have spoken to the deputy head and she says she is removing the old lessons.Not wanting to call her a lier is anyone else getting this issue
