whats the best way to auto configure out look profiles? About to move 160 staff to windows 7 so will end up with new profiles.

Is your system not setup to use Autodiscover? Ours is and all you do is open outlook and it self-configures, all you do is open it, it welcomes you click next and it finds you and shows your email address, click next and finish job done very simple even our Y7 sussed it out without being told by the teacher!

not sure. remember we are talking about teachers her not students, i have every faith in y7's being able to work it out for you.

Honest I don't do anything to ours and didn't even give instruction and people sussed it out which was VERY surprising!

Hello.

You can use the OCT and there is a section to apply a outlook prf which will auto configure outlook when first opened. Then the .msp can be deployed to the target computers via gpo.

I would try this on a test OU first.
