I reckon he will appoint Robin Day, because that way people will be confused by there being 2 people in government who take a large noisy inhalation of breath every 3 or 4 words allowing Brown to make use of the confusion to slip policies through

Seconded that Russ should lead the DFES, but compulsary cages for Jakes, and decent salaries for all techies and cap teachers salaries at £50K a year, none of this 50K+ mumbo jumbo.
