Adobe Student / Staff Software

I see that Adobe do a Student / Teacher edition of there famous Photoshop suite at very good prices.

 

Are ICT Technicians within schools able to purchase this software or do they not come under the agreement.

I would say yes, you teach it to the teachers and run the ICT Club

The licence for the Adobe Creative Suite allows members of staff to install it on their home PCs. Does Photoshop's licence allow the same?

Whilst we are on this theme, does anyone activly push this website to parents / students - http://www.software4students.co.uk/ ? Just wondering if anyone does, does it make any work for the school etc as i'm fed up of kids having dodgy Office and Windows on laptops and this may help if I can show them its cheap to get a legal upgrade to XP Pro, Vista Business etc etc

Be aware that Adobe cs3 has installation problems, I have had to completely re-install xp to install it, apparently it can't uninstall the earlier version of flash player. I tried all the fixes but none worked.
