SCCM 2007 - How do I get the SCCM client to deploy after Re-Image.

I can't see what has changed but a system that before just got the Client without issue now after re-imaging it doesnt seem to setup the Remote Control Client. The only thing I can think of is the fact that I've changed the local administrators password since and disabled the local administrator.

 

The system has the CCM and CCMSETUP folders correctly but the Group 'ConfigMgr Remote Control Users' is not present and when trying to Remote Control it asks for a username and password. The SCCM Control panel applets are present including the Remote Control Applet.

 

I've just made the sccmadmin user a member of the local administrator group but Domain Admins is allready a member.
