mulderite Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Hi everyone, Does anyone know of a quick and simple way to make Windows 7 warn a user that their memory stick is still plugged into a USB slot when they attempt to log off? We are suffering an epidemic at this school of students losing their memory sticks! Anything I can do to prevent making any more of the little blighters homeless is most welcome. Thanks!

Steve21 Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Well, you could always do a logoff script that checks for any additional ports (or even non keyboard/mouse USB devices if you want to get snazzy) and does warnings. Steve
