eclass Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Hey guys, just wanted your input on where I should start my search / resolution heres my problem. We signed up from live@edu a while back, "6 months ago" and added our domain name "my-domain.com" which was bought from godaddy. we went thru all the initial procedures such as adding the "Cname" "MxRecords" etc now Im able to send email from "[email protected] to [email protected] fine with no issues but, when i'm sending emails from another provider such as gmail to "my-domain.com" the emails get rejected and gets kicked back to my gmail :\ however every once in a while one of them will go thru... but 80% of the time it gets kickbacked to me... any thoughts now where to go for a solution?

twin--turbo Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 did you register the doamin with the TXT record? It's 12 months since I last bothered with live so I am a little rusty. Also what does the NDR message say when the mail is returned. Rob
