THE VERY LAST STEP! Help please!

Ok, I've got a sata hard drive, 80 gb big, got my mother board, RAM, case, power supply, i3 chip, everything thats NEEDED for a functional computer, but my IDE dvd drive isn't supported by the motherboard, and i don't have a ide/sata converter, BUT! I do have a 8gb memory stick...Is it possible for me to run a windows 7 priority boot using my USB?

K, I copied the windows 7 files on to my USB, set it to priority and kept getting blue screen errors :/

What is the particular error you are getting?

just a bunch of figures, with the general paragraphs, nothing in particular pointing out anything specific

My idea would be to boot new machine from a live Linux USB distro, create partition hard drive into 2 and copy from 2nd usb drive to 1st bootable partition and then try booting Windows install from that.

For some reason my command prompt wouldn't detect my usb within the disk listing command

Forget about USB direct windows booting - its very very very problematical

just to be sure there is an even easier way to install windows onto a memory stick. WinToFlash - Install Windows from usb - Home page , also have you had an XP installation on the machine before or is this a complete new machine? If for example you have had XP installed previously on another hard drive or even the same one, you might need to change the sata controller to SATA from IDE.
