What would you recommend?

I've been using a micro ATX build machine, asus intel motherboard, recently the machine just cut off, stopped turning on, i've tried replugging the kettle lead into the computer and then turning it on, first few times, I would see flickers of light, now when I try, it won't even do that, so I purchased a new case which came with a new power supply, that supports all atx boards, meaning its bigger, I transfered the dvd player, the mother board, hard drive and graphics card over to the other case, hooked it up and tried booting, the machine won't switch on, but the green little led on the motherboard shows that its receiving power. so either i've hooked something up wrong, the cases power button is faulty, or the motherboard is goosed, any ideas and suggestions? thank you

I feel like i've tried everything, can't get this bloody thing to sync, someone please help, tried multiple addresses including time.windows.com, it wont do it

hey guys! coming in loud and clear from my new computer with ubuntu installed, now the problem im facing is that im not able to run anything i've downloaded, i get a little error page with some code coming up, cant run an exe, cant install windows RAR

Alright this machine had daemon tools on it, so i used the image burner and now its on the CD, now for the moment of truth...

for the usb, just copy the ISO file to it. for the disc, just go into my computer, the cd drive, copy the ISO file to the location then click "burn to disc"

I don't care what operating system it is...I just want this damned machine to work, i've been fighting with it for over a month now and im stressed beyond belief lol

yes, i've set it to be the boot device, i've even made a ubuntu usb and tried doing it to no avail, the message i keep getting up is along the lines of "reboot and select proper boot device, or insert boot media then press key to continue", then i would press enter with it inserted and it just keeps repeating

Hello guys, I just need an operating system to install on this system i've been building up on for a month now, i tried creating a Ubuntu setup disk but when i place it in and try to boot the machine from it, it wont run it...please help

I cant believe it, I just tried starting the computer up with a priority boot on this machine to get Ubuntu on it so i could transfer the hard drive into the barebones setup and it failed... I'm cursed...

im losing hope fast, i tried both ide and apche w/e it is, both settings ended in the same manner, bluescreen after the loading screen...is it not possible for me to just simply install windows 7 onto the hard drive using machine first? Than transfer it over to my new one?

I can't boot into safe mode, still get the bluescreen, jonny i will try that now.

I've got the barebones system fully setup primo i3, now when i boot up i can successfully get into the bios setup page, i'm prioritizing my dvd drive within the boot listing, and all i get is windows getting me to select whether or not I want to start normally or within safe mode and such, then it gets onto the windows load screen then blue screens out. Please help me to fix this

For some reason my command prompt wouldn't detect my usb within the disk listing command

K, I copied the windows 7 files on to my USB, set it to priority and kept getting blue screen errors :/

Ok, I've got a sata hard drive, 80 gb big, got my mother board, RAM, case, power supply, i3 chip, everything thats NEEDED for a functional computer, but my IDE dvd drive isn't supported by the motherboard, and i don't have a ide/sata converter, BUT! I do have a 8gb memory stick...Is it possible for me to run a windows 7 priority boot using my USB?
