Have been uploading a 1min video to Facebook (of a water main leak no less outside my house) and I am being cited 1hr 15mins to upload.... Quick speedtest.net says my connection has gone from a norm of 62ms ping to 995ms with net speeds at 1.67/0.15 against a norm of about 5.5/1.5. Thought hey..whats it like at work? So quick VPN onto a RDS server what is a normal connection speed (dedicated Fibre line) of about 80mb down/70mb up is now 10.75 down and 8.11 up (although ping hasn't suffered).
