Possible MSIE configuration error

Installed HAP v7.10 and eventually got it going.

 

I'm only offering access to network folders to students, so I'm keeping it simple for starters. My problem (which only affects MSIE 7.0 clients running over Windows XP) is this:

 

Login works fine but when they click on "My Files" they get "Windows internet explorer cannot open the internet site https : // 10.9.8.210 / hap / mycomputer.aspx Operation aborted" - sorry I have to split that link because, as a forum newbie, I'm not allowed to include links in my posts :-(

 

Note that this does not affect workstations running MSIE version 9.0 (over Windows 7) or Firefox v8 (any OS) or Chrome 20.0 (any client). I have added https : // 10.9.8.210 to the list of trusted sites on the affected machine. I'm sure it's a configuration issue on the workstation.

 

Any thoughts?
