Rolls-Royce today unveiled the world's first jet engine to be made entirely of Lego at the opening of Farnborough International Airshow. The engine, which is one of the most complex Lego structures ever built, is a half size replica of the Rolls-RoyceTrent 1000 which powers the Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft...

No, but wouldn't it be cool if it actually turned slowly...

I wonder if that got to the part where you get 3/4 of the way through building it before realising that you had missed out an all important brick and couldn't go any further until you dismantled half of it to fix the error.

And I'll be willing to bet that after building it a few times you wouldn't be able to do it without the instructions (minus the outer and middle pages of course).
