I've only just found out about this but it does seem to make sense. I think they will struggle to get enough signatures but it's worth giving it a go.

Too late for me - sorry. On a different note, I've signed a number of petitions on that site and it seems to generate little but hot air and platitudes from government. On the basis of the weekends announcements on housing benefit, it seems you need to get the Daily Wail behind you if you want to change policy.

In my opinion, CBTs should be part of the driving test / learning process.

 

Experiencing what its like to be on a bike i think will have a big effect on peoples driving, much more than questions on the theory test.
