Bringing up a family

I've worked tirelessly to impart a sense of what's right and what's wrong in life to my youngest daughter but once they go away to University, you don't have control any more and I've just had to trust that she does the right thing.

 

Therefore, it was a sad day today, when despite all the advice, all the reasons not to, she goes and she texts me to say ....

 

 

 

... that she's bought a 3 year old, second-hand Macbook on Ebay!!!!

If I was you Simon, You know that nice BBQ that you are building at the moment... throw it on there next weekend when she returns! ;-) making sure that you make her stand and watch you, whilst you are also informing her of what is right in life! AGAIN! :-)

I'd be wary of buying anything that age, ebay or not. Probably couple of months away from some major failure.
