Does anyone know if it is possible to change the default save location for this product for all users? I know there is the configuration tool where you can alter the save location but that only works for the user you are logged in as at the time. I need it to be able to saved to each user's home folder.

Thankls

There is no way it'd run on Linux, it needs Microsofts XNA Framework for Graphics, and DirectX and the C++ runtime, and not all of them have been re-enginered by the Wine project.

Change the start-in variable on the shortcut you're deploying.

e.g.

That's how I did ours when it was deployed.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve,

I have tried this and it makes no difference at all, it is still saving on the C: drive. The only way I can get it to save on the network is to manually change the path but as I said this only works for the user you are logged in as.

There must be a file you can edit somewhere to overide the settings so it works for all users

Are you using redirected appdata? Is it saving for you in C:\users\"username"\documents\savedgames\boku etc? If so it shouldn't with redirected afaik.

no I'm not redirecting anything, the save location when I'm logged in is C:\Users\administrator.AMBLELINKSCUR\Documents\SavedGames\Boku\Player1

Ah guess that's the issue. Not sure how to redirect it if you're using local appdata I'm afraid :(
