... I have taken an offer of a "free" printer in exchange for buying some of their compatible cartridges :(

I know I shouldn't have done it but the school made me :(

They wouldn't stump up the capital cost of a new printer and I told them that this way - it wouldn't cost them anything (but I reckon its about £80 as I could get compatibles from my normal supplier for that much less)

I promise I won't do it again (this fiscal year anyway!) - what is my punishment???

May you be plagued with paper jams for said printer and lo the magenta will leak staining every page pale pink!

I smite your printer with blocked nozzles, bad drivers and broken gears.

The only way to break this curse is when the first person enters your office in the morning for the next 7 days, you immediately jump out of your chair and moonwalk backwards round your desk whilst making steam train noises.

The printer will be fine, it will sit there outlasting all your other printers. It will haunt you with little issues every month or so that can easily be fixed and can't be put down to the compatible ink. It will pop up every so often saying "you are not using $brand ink", until finally many years down the line it will die because of the compatible ink and have a message on the screen saying "SimpleSi you did this to me"

I think we're technically allowed to stake you through the heart and cut your head off before you turn.

Or we have to stake the toner salesman and then you become human again so long as we do it quickly enough.

You are forgiven and deserve absolution due to the goodness that was chick cam.

However, to prevent future guilt occurring you must recite the following mantra anytime someone asks you about them, "I know it is ok because I read it in The Daily Mail!"

If that doesn't put people off I don't know what will.

Isnt moonwalking backwards just walking forwards?
