Hi im looking for a patch that fixes equation editor error (java Threw an exception). Very loathed to use work around of adjust clock we have version 1.6.4.3277

 

I have tried to update but am getting a proxy error are there any sites i need to whitelist to help with the update

Hi,

 

I am getting the same issue. When I try to use equations in activeinspire it comes up with the same error message Java threw an exception. I am using windows 8.1, it works fine in Windows 7.

 

Any help is welcome.
