Ivesey Posted January 11, 2012 Posted January 11, 2012 Hi Is there anyone out there using this? Having problems getting this going. It works fine for admins but bog standard users just get a white screen when using the flash based apps. Anyone else come accross this? Cheers
jamesreedersmith Posted January 11, 2012 Posted January 11, 2012 Sounds permissions related - have a look where files are written to as an admin and check standard users have permissions to this area.
Ivesey Posted January 11, 2012 Author Posted January 11, 2012 Thanks - i've tried that with filemon and regmon but still getting the issue...
EvLPhenom Posted January 11, 2012 Posted January 11, 2012 When ever i have come across a software problem like this i have given a test user full permissions to the directories that the files are stored/installed and then work my way through until it stops working. like what @jamesreedersmith said it does sound like a permissions based problem.
chris_uk Posted January 11, 2012 Posted January 11, 2012 Do you have Adobe Air installed? i've just installed the software for my wife to use at home. It required Adobe Air....
here_hare_here Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 A teacher asked for this and as an easy and quick option I packaged Air and Triptico together using Cameyo Since someone recommended Cameyo on EduGeek I cant stop using it.
