Cheapest you've seen a Windows 7 upgrade

As my efforts to put XP Pro on my new netbooks has failed (http://www.edugeek.net/forums/hardware/87315-putting-xp-pro-toshiba-nb500.html) I need to look at purchasing Windows 7 and my budget isnt great. Does anyone know of where i can get the media and license for a decent price.

Get ours from Civica or Pugh Computers. Win 7 pro without media is about £35

was going to say, the cost of the key is around £35 (regardless of edition), its just the cost of the disk that makes things sky high!

Have a look at Ramesys. They have the price listed as £30.24 but you will need to be a member of 1 of the listed Regional Broadband Consortium (RBC) or the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT). Windows 7 Professional Upgrade 32/64 bit licence

something tells me she only need's the one for her laptop. are all these with VLK's because for a lot of VLK's are abought £30-£35 but u need to buy 5 licences otherwise i think licences are quite a lot more from what ive seen. it depends wether its a school laptop or a personal laptop.

we bought 10 licenses which were VLK's! but spent £10k on other stuff.
