MattDLEA Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 Hi, The school have ordered 2 DVD players. Just standard sony DVD players. I have on the back a Audio out left and right socket and a digital out coaxial and also a scart cable. I need this to conect one to a projector which has a s video , video , vga dvi-d inputs also it has Audio in for the s video/ video vga in and dvi-d. what would be the best array of cables to order to fix this up?
glennda Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 Possibly a Scart to VGA with External Jack Connector to do to the Speakers? SCART to VGA SyncBlaster Cable : SCART Switches : Maplin Electronics

SCART to VGA SyncBlaster Cable : SCART Switches : Maplin Electronics Seems like a rather expensive option. Considering the DVD players are probably only £30 a go. How about something like this; SCART to S-VHS & 2 x Phono Plugs : SCART : Maplin Electronics Although I'd be inclined to see what comes in the box before buying cables. SCART to 3 Phono Plugs with In/Out Switch : SCART : Maplin Electronics
AceDaz Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 I'd be inclined to see what comes in the box before buying cables. I agree, We just use phono to phono cables that came in the box
MattDLEA Posted January 4, 2012 Author Posted January 4, 2012 Cheers fokes. There were no coonctors in the box at all
rad Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 We use scart to phono (red/yellow/white) which works well, saves unplugging any cables and you just switch the projector input source
