History Tab Group Policy

Hi

 

Does anyone know where to block the history tab in IE7 in GP?

If I block it and want to access someone's history can I enable it and the history will be there or will it have not logged it in there?

Most GPO settings are cosmetic so I think you will be safe in this case. It's when programs start using non start windows dialog boxes that usually causes issues and gets around GPOs.

Does anyone know where I can find the History tab setting in GP ?

I'm presuming that it covers all the permutations too -- CTRL + H etc
