Ok Guys and Gal's

 

I am under extreme pressure from our head to remove 100+ RM ones (mixture of V1 and V2) as the room that we have stored them in is urgently needed. These are all 478 pin CPU's with a mixture of 1 or 2 GB of RAM (.

They all work very well, and everyone passed PC Check diagnostics around 6 months ago. There is about 10 machines which have damaged USB ports due to heavy keys attached to the sticks (im sure these can be replaced at a low cost).

 

This is a GIVEAWAY im sure there would be a few Secondary schools with tight budgets who would appricate them, I only need a few favours back.

 

1.That they are all picked up in one go.

2.They are picked up as soon as possible.

3. That they are re-imaged and that you supply me with the serial numbers and a letter of transfer on school headed paper

Do these take standard mini atx motherboards? Is it just the base units or have you got keyboards / mice etc?

Unfortunately thats not really practical for me at the moment. Shame, good luck finding someone else to take them.

@steveg yep, the majority have mini atx pegatron boards. We have kept a few keyboards and mice, but we got a few in a box

Sound perfect, do they have an operating licence attached to them? Would monday be too late to collect them? Assuming i can get hold of a van.

Steve, they come with the OEM key licenced from the factory, but you would need to use your VLK image or if you have an EES agreement a the better.

Excellent, just need the oem licence so we can upgrade them under our licence. Can i have them all then please? Will ring round for a van to hire now, will a standard transit be big enough, or do i need a long wheel base?

I would recommend a long wheel base. Just to give you an idea, they are stacked in a room 12x12 room and are triple stacked in some areas (which means I cannot give you a true count). We need to hold onto 10 units but you are welcome to the rest.
