Hi All,

I'm in the process of speccing out an SBS 2011 for a customer who requires it to be configured with multiple email domains with each user having mail coming in from all or some of the domains.

ie

user@company1

user@company2

user@company3

I have worked out that we can figure multiple email domains for incoming mail but the customer also wants the ability to send email from each domain not just the default. I have had a quick look online but sofar it seems that this functionality is not built into exchange and so I was wondering if anyone here had encountered this scenario before and if so if they had managed to find a simple work round for it.

Thanks for the info..... I had a look and it won't do what I want it to do as the customer wants all 3 domains hosted on their server. Its not a problem to use all the domains for incoming mail but it looks like there is no native ability in exchange to allow one user the ability to send from more than one domain via exchange.

1. Either use a 3rd part product like this IvaSoft - Outlook and Exchange solutions OR

2. Create multiple mailboxes and give the users send-as permissions so they can select this in the From: field.
