I have phoned them up before and jus got a link to a development site but it didn't really help and only gave me the option to apply to distribute like I have allready done NUMEROUS TIMES.

I hope someone at Adobe is reading this, it is not feasable to manually install on every machine as they use a Download Manager which allmost never works thru a proxy.

Are you saying that they are denying you distribution rights?

What did you need to get the link for.

Not really, jus that I get the email click on the link and it has allways expired. I allways check the junk folder every couple of days after applying jus to make sure. I spent a good 20mins on phone today and as always it is jus like hitting your'e head against a wall and having to say the same thing over and over again.

Need the link to download the shockwave

No we don't use WSUS at the moment allthough I am looking at re-implementing at sometime.

Just had a thought. Are you using WSUS for windows updates. If so you can install System Center Update Publisher and get the Adobe updates straight into WSUS.

I am looking at implementing SCCM here for the Remote Control use alone so distributing Flash and other software using the same interface would be good.

I don't understand what the issue is here? The email which they send saying you can distribute doesn't expire? Its just a set of links to pages on their site. I have one here that I was sent about 2 months ago and I can still access all the links.

I believe you can just google: shockwave msi files

Think you can get them at the 1st result. You are supposed to register with them etc but it is a pain to do it every time.

Thanks localzuk

Yep, The email was the one which they send you to confirm your request.

I still have the one that they send you the download links for Flash in a safe place for future updates :-) and that still works thankfully.

Adobe's support is frankly shocking. I have been going round and round in loops trying to get an InDesign CS4 installation working with W7. Their online help is laughable and they try everything to avoid actually providing help over the phone. They are without doubt the worst software organisation for handling support issues.
