Check your twitter accounts

Just a heads up.

 

It seems my wife's old mobile number was re-issused recently as it was used to send a tweet which appeared to come from her account!

 

 

Maybe a good idea for people who change their phone numbers to update their twitter details (or just remove the phone number as its probably not needed now we've all got smartphones and use it via the net)

Must admit I am the same, I've had this number since my 2nd mobile, Orange refused in the early days to migrate PAYG customers numbers to another new PAYG sim So I've had this one for at least 10 years now, infact I've had a mobile phone for over 12 years now scary!

I've had my current number for a few years now allthough I did get voda to change it a few years back due to a load of crank calls, marketing etc....

 

The twitter sms service at least from voda seems really bad atm.

 

I hardly tweet or facebook anyway

erm ... my Work phone is WinMob5 ... and people wonder why I love having an iPhone4 for my personal phone. Admittedly I also have other phones to play with too.

Pfft, leave WinMo6 alone. Its still free'er than an iPhone and can still do all sorts of smartphone stuff that would be consider groundbreaking and new if it was in an apple device.

Well I am a Yorkshireman as well and @tom_newton and other Yorkshiremen on here can agree we don't like spending money, my account managers find it terrible to sell me anything as it means spending money !
