So I thought i'd try out the "Live chat" support on the HP website, our ML350 keeps falling over with warning lights etc.

It has taken 40 mins so far and all this guy has learned is that there are no errors on POST and the server powers up. Soooo slow.

Should of phoned em

hey ho

You phone them and get much of the same at times!

We once had to rustle keys and stuff around to pretend we were opening the case and checking if the memory was seated correctly, despite having done it already he wanted us to do it on the phone too

Heh yeah but that's all support calls right?

I go for the pause, sip tea, browse EG for a bit then "Mmm yeah the RAM is seated properly" ;)
