craig2562 Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Hi there, First post so be gentle with me I'm having a problem with some of the PCs in the IT suite refusing to print pictures that the children have created. Keep getting the error "ask invalid property value (380)". Not happening on all PCs but enough for it to be annoying to the Teachers/TA's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Craig
laserblazer Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Try reinstalling 2paint or running ccleaner to see if there are any broken registry links.
Oaktech Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 also, if you haven't done so, call 2simple, they have been very helpful when i called them to say that between our primary's previous IT support contract ending and us picking it up, a stack of software had gone walkies, they emailed ftp links within minutes.
Mr.Ben Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Agreed - there may also be newer versions of the software available from 2Simple.
DanielZ Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Hi Craig This error is documented in our FAQ on http://www.2simple.com/support - try the following - Go to teacher options (ctrl + shift + the letter “o”), select the PRINTING tab, and make sure the correct printer it chosen from the dropdown. Click OK. Please do give us a call on 020 8203 1781 if you have any further issues Regards Dan 1
