Hp Colour LaserJet cp2025n (no ink) but there is ink.

Having a weird issue, we have a HP colour Laserjet cp2025n connected to the network and shared between 3 computers,

when we go to print the computer in the status bar says no ink or toner, but we know that the toners are in and full. The printer prints sometimes teh day after the job is sent but again is selective in what it prints. Were on windows 7.

 

Any ideas?

has it spat a load of toner over the inside of the printer and is obscuring cartridge sensors, or perhaps the cartridge is faulty?
