Hi All,

 

I am in the process of creating some group policies for students and staff access.

 

Does anybody have some GPO's they would mind sharing for Windows 2003 Server R2 and Windows Xp Clients?

I have Windows 2003 (not R2 though) and 99% XP clients. I'd be glad to share my Group policy objects, if you tell me how to export them (I am still fairly new to group policy).

What sort of things are you looking for Robert, are you starting your network from scratch and want to see how (or how much) we lock the blighters down!!?

@Claridentech - You can use Group Policy Modelling to provide you with the reports from GPOs. In your GPMC choose Group Policy Modelling and run the Group Policy Modelling Wizard to obtain a report on specific GPOs (and other options). It's a good tool to use and you can also save these reports as html to share.

Hey where did you get the google adm template I've not seen that one before and I think that would be very useful cheers

Theres an enterprise version of Google Toolbar
