keyboard doesn't appear on tablet pc. please help

we have just bought 3 of the new samsung Q1 handheld devices.

If i login as an admin there is a small icon right of the start menu that when clicked will bring up the on screen keyboard.

 

When i login as a teacher, the little keybaord tool isn't there. I need this to be presnt for all logins.

 

Any one got any ideas. I think this is a problem that isn't just tied to the Q1.

I suspect it is to do with profiles... there is probably a process that runs at login in the default profile on there, however your users will not be picking this up so don't get the app. Move the process startup to 'All Users' instead of the 'Default User'.
