Zoom7000 Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Our staff are having issues with sound not playing through the USB audio. I've installed ActivDriver 5.7.22.1 on to all our PCs, logged in as Admin and set the default device to the Promethean Audio. As soon as someone else logs in, it reverts back to the internal sound device. Any ideas on how I can force the default as the USB audio?

Are they restricted from changing the default audio device themselves?
