No, it isn't. It was originally about SimpleSi asking what sort of fines and points his daughter could be looking at and asking for advice on how to procede.

The answer, by consensus and by agreeing NOT to break the law, was to go to court, explain and apologise - and hope that the court is lenient.

I think we need to close this discussion now.

Sorry for not being nieve enough to believe everything I read on the internet, especially from a source which keeps getting proven to be untrustworthy. Besides, what's that got to do with the attitude I show towards police. You don't have to trust or like someone to show them respect.
