I've just organised our staff xmas meal at a place that one teacher said had some nice food. Another teacher has just said its just like Phoenix Nights! Compere on stage singing and joking, etc.

I'm loving the thought of it to be honest, and most staff shouldn't mind it either, but I can just tell some will have expected a la carte menus and live string quartets etc.....oh well

It's not, it's Sammy the snake......look, he even has his little eggs with him!

The teacher said they had a boy band tribute on which was two 50 year old blokes...and in the front row of the crowd there was a guy in a wheelchair.
