Inventory/Course Booking Systems

Hi all,

 

I've been asked by a number of departments within my college to investigate a generalised booking system that can handle the following.

 

Inventory Booking (PC's, Meeting Rooms etc)

Online Course Booking including payment

Free course booking

One off event booking.

 

I know this is quite a big ask for one system and so far I've found Online Payment Systems | Online Payment Solutions | WPM Education which seems to fit the bill in the booking formats but doesn't quite do any inventory booking.

 

Should I realistically be looking at two seperate systems for this or does anyone have any systems that could handle the requirements?

Should also add that I've been looking at Resource booking made easy | R&R booking for the Inventory Management side of things. Does anyone have any experience of this product.

For the Resource Booking side we use Room Booking System - Online Room Booking Software

 

Never had a problem and works really well. Support is top notch and emails normally answered within 30 minutes.

We use Course Manager from accessplanit to manage, administrate and sell our courses and events. We also use the system to manage our resources including trainers, rooms, equipment, food etc..

 

The system works really well and has allowed us to make some significant efficiencies in the 12 months we've been using it. The support, training and implementation is also top notch.

 

I believe a number of colleges are using the system.
