Microsoft have released the updated helpdesk template for the new Windows SharePoint Services 3.0

I don't know how much it has changed but we have been using the older version very sucessfully at our school.

Also, they have developed a lot of new templates that could come in handy. Some of the available templates are

im assuming you guys got these heldesks working with AD?

as our current one doesnt and users hate having to remeber yet another username/password

i have been looking at netsupport DNA but wanted to make sure it will work with ldap, does liberium work with LDAP

AD integrated authentication worked out of the box for us with the sharepoint template
