Complained yesterday about not having received my pizza delivery (took 2 hours before I finally called to cancel)...complained on Facebook, got given an email to send my complaint too, they got back to me just now and I have been given a £50 voucher to use for them. Not bad when my order was less than £20.

Good job, Neph!

But they are bound to send you that....the reasoning being that if they can make you happy, you'll tend to forget the one bad delivery experience.

It's worth more than £50 to them, to keep you onside.....

Buy1 pizza a month for a year and that's £150 at a conservative estimate!

Still....nice deal!

If you limit yourself to only buying cheese and tomato pizza's on Tuesday's, you can get 24 for £119.88. :D

Dominos Pizza is a bad name to mention to me. We have an excellent traditional Pizza / Kebab shop owned by an Iranian chap in my town. It was doing nice steady business with a good loyal customer base. The Town Council in their infinite wisdom let Dominos open a branch within 100 yards or so of it on the promise that it would create I think it was 17 local jobs. As far as I know not one of the jobs went to a town person and the impact on the local shop has been crippling - if Dominos very presence wasn't bad enough for his trade they keep doing special offer mail drops to all the houses in the town.
