Sharp MX4501 Job Control tick box woes

Everything used to be fine until our server went lala and had to be restored. The printer is shared from the server, where the job control tick box is ticked. However this is not propegated to the users anymore and they have to tick the box whenever they log in.

 

This isn't a huge issue as its only for another few weeks before we get a new server and I expect everything will be fine again. I've run the cleanspool tool on the server, searched for any entry in the AD for the printer and removed them, then reinstalled it from scratch, all to no joy.

 

Windows Server 2003 with XP SP3 clients. RM CC3.

 

Any ideas welcome...:)
